I think this is a perfect pie for Valentine’s Day and GREAT for some July 4th picnics this summer (will it ever get here? ha ha).

Oh no! Now I am daydreaming about summer grill outs, lol. Is it really only February? Ok… back to the pie. If you are looking to make a yummy pie, this is one to try. You could make this one from scratch with a homemade pie crust and sliced apples (I am considering doing so next time I make this one). But I really liked how easy this was to toss together.
